  • Finish Line Package - this includes our RFID Timing Mats with RFID Ultra Reader, 10'x12' arched finish line inflatable, timing clock, high-visibility cones, and setup of electronics/computer equipment.
  • Timing and scoring of ALL participants in your event!
    • Note: You may opt to have special divisions (i.e. Kid's Fun Run) non-timed, but please let us know in advance.
  • Listing and promotion of your event on our Event Calendar and Event Registration page + our Integrity Racing Facebook page with nearly 4K followers or integrity.racing Instagram!

What kind of bibs does Integrity Racing provide complimentary to my event?

We use our own custom bibs or the standard Road iD bibs at any given event, unless we are provided with your custom event bibs.

Does Integrity Racing offer add-on options, in addition to the standard timing package?

Yes! We offer multiple items that are available at little or no cost to you. You have the option to select your add-ons when completing your contract, which secures the booking of your event.

How can an email blast benefit my event?

Are you looking to promote your event to other local runners?  Need a cost effective way to do this? We can help! Our e-blast service is the most popular service we offer. We can send out an email blast to our mass distribution list for a small fee. Our email distribution list currently has 40,000+ unique email addresses and growing every week. On average, each email sent out has an open rate of 10% and click through rate of 8.3%.

The cost for this service is $75 for one email blast, $100 for two email blasts, or $125 for three email blasts, spread out over the course of several weeks. You may choose to double any of these packages. It's up to you to select what date(s)/time(s) you want your e-blast(s) to get sent out. We view this service as an excellent and cost effective advertising and marketing piece to any race. This fee can easily be taken out of the marketing/promotional budget of the event. If 3-4 people sign up for the event as a direct results of the email blast, then the service pays for itself. If 10-20 people sign up, the race has invested in a cheap marketing tool that will benefit their event. You can pay for the e-blast by using the link below or we can add it to your event invoice package.
